Like rather unplug or reset breaker! Not easy with being plugged behind the tv!!! But when it works it works great. It is the only one that we could find that was longer to match our large tv.

Thank you for purchasing the HW-B650 Samsung Soundbar.
There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot your Soundbar.
You can download the firmware directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-B650 under Standard.
Download the update and install it via USB thumb stick to your soundbar. If you need additional help, there are how-to instructions on this page. Please know that Samsung Customer Service is here to assist as well.
Please verify that you are running the latest firmware on your TV. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.

The display on the soundbar needs to be better; difficult to read particularly at a distance. Also highly recommend reading the manual to take advantage of all available settings. Other than that, it's a great product.

Best sound I never had at home. My gift for Christmas we definitely had a blast. Perfect equipment highly recommend.

It has enabled us to increase the volume of voices, and decrease loud background music.We have a favorite show that had music continuously drowning out the voices. We are now able to watch the show again. The sound is terrific.
