Scheduling Incompetence

What is the problem is what followed and is complete incompetence in terms of setting up the installation. I set up the installation several weeks in advance for a specific day because this is a second home. After doing so the first time i received a notification that it was set up for a different day. I called back and set it up (again) for the correct day and spoke specifically to an agent. The day before the scheduled installation I get a text indicating I need to set up the installation. I call and they tell me they cannot honor the original date. I cancelled the order.

Sound bar.

Started with a bang but blew in the end

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is working really good the first few hours I used it but the next day it began making blowing wind noises that are super annoying I tried a lot of techniques to fix it such as changing the output on my TV from Auto to PCM and all kinds of settings and monkeying around looks like I'm going to return it at this point. This is for a Samsung S50B soundbar btw.

Not happy with the extra cost

I was told to purchase another part to get it to work. not happy with all the extra cost. If I new this from the start maybe I wouldn't by the sound bar. It would have been nice if they told me that when I purchased it.

Thank you for sharing your review of the HW-S50B Soundbar. I'm sorry to see that your experience in store was less than ideal.
To help with any audio sync issues, follow the steps below. Press the SOUND CONTROL button (which looks like a gear) until you hear SYNC and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons on the provided Soundbar remote.
Also, go in to your TV settings to find the Digital Audio Output Format within Sound or Expert Settings. From here make sure that it is set to Pass-Through if this is an option. This will allow the TV to help correct any audio sync issues you may be experiencing.

Within your TV your will need to turn on HDMI-CEC. With this setting on and the Soundbar connected to the TV using the HDMI cable your Soundbar will automatically turn on/off with TV.
