You will need to adjust the equalization to your taste - out of the box it is muddy. Noise cancellation is just right and it is a little sensitive to talking (shutting playback). Again, still just excellent!

I noticed a beeping sound when I first bought it during listening. All you have to do is change the toggle where it switches automatically. The headphones are trying to automatically adjust to ambient and noise canceling. I took that off now what ever I do im in controll of the sound And no beeping.

The sound quality and isolation is amazing. Not quite at the Airpod Max level - but impressive nonetheless! The touch controls on the right ear up by itself makes these an intriguing option to consider when looking for a high quality, excellent sounding pair of headphones! Great headphones but not for me
