I wanted a soundbar for under my monitor on my computer. I already have many Sonos speakers so this was a no brainer. Although I think the 300 and the Beam are stellar products, this one is just OK. Sound is neutral which is good but the soundstage isn't great and it is a little thin. Decent value for the price, but if you are not in the Sonos ecosystem I would recommend the more expensive Beam over this or some other brand for the same price.

Got this for my parents, immense improvement in sound quality for their tv.

Ive always known Sonos to be a great brand with fantastic sound quality. I was somewhat surprised when plugging in this sound bar and playing music and hearing how flat it was. You absolutely need to purchase the subwoofer for this soundbar which unfortunately costs more than the soundbar itself. Oh, and this model of soundbar has NO bluetooth. If you do not have Wifi or optical input, you cannot use the soundbar. That was pretty shocking for a soundbar at this price range. Lack of bass aside, its a pretty cool soundbar.

The Sonos Ray is an overall good speaker. The audio quality is great for music, though bass can be a bit lacking. As a standalone soundbar, however, there are better more affordable options for movies/surround sound. I have mine paired with two Sonos rear speakers and its adequate, but on its own you can get better sound quality from a more basic soundbar. For basic TV, news, etc. and for the Sonos integration, its a great value for the price.

This litttle sound bar is amazing. sounds way more awesome than the tv speakers. I’m happy full sound, bass and everything for the tv in my bedroom, couldnt ask for more

I have been using a Bose TV soundbar for a bedroom TV but it's left me uninspired ( the sound seems muffled ) Since I own a sonos Arc and sub - today I bought the Sonas Ray . What a difference !!! The Ray's sound is clear and bright and can be controled from my Sonos app oon my iPhone . I'm SOLD !!

Great sound quality and loud! I do wish it came with a physical remote. The soundbar can be synced to the Sonos app and your phone can be used as a remote, pretty cool but had some trouble connecting. I attempted to pair my Samsung tv remote but it didn’t work

WOW. I was a Bose guy until I bought this Sonos. I won’t go back to Bose. Better price, easy to use, better sound and connectable to other Sonos products in the house.

Ehhh no bluetooth kills this speaker... id rather bought a few more roams in its place. It sounds good and works well in the sonos ecosystem... just not versital enough for me but it was expected if you read this specs.

Love the sound bar. Great sound and my husband has certain movies where I have to run downstairs and wonder what's going on because it sounds so clear and real. Great purchase. You can add the app and use your phone to and do so many things with it and don't need to do it on the TV for adjustments.

This little sound bar is the perfect option for a bedroom or office. No need for a sub etc. although, I'm sure it would enhance the experience. Sound is awesome as is!

I was skeptical at first due to the size. The sound is remarkably loud and the bass is pretty good. I am using it in an outdoor space so I am not looking for super high end. For football and movies, this will be perfect.

This little Sonos sound bar fills small rooms with ear-pleasing tunes. It's got the sonos integrations and can be controlled through the sonos app. While the bar lacks earc, it does have optical and comes with the cable for your tv. It's very competitively priced for it's quality.

This sound bar is perfect for my small living room set up. Not sure how it would sound in a larger room but it fills my area up nicely. I also paired it with 2 other Sonos Ones and a sub woofer. I would recommend.

Love this little soundbar! We have previously only used Bose soundbars. This time we needed Sonos so that it would be compatible with the built in Sonos speakers in the home. This way we can airplay the tv audio to the builtin speakers. There's no other way to do it. It worked perfectly immediately on installing (by geek squad using total tech). this is Being used on an outside patio space. To our surprise, even when not using the built in speakers, this little speaker fills the space so nicely! I didnt expect to get a full sound in an outdoor space with a small speaker. Granted, it sounds even better when connected to the built in speakers when we want the sound louder, but it's actually not necessary with it. Also I will say the mounting made a difference in the sound. We were using it sitting below prior to mounting, but mounting it to the firebox with the mount made it sound even better. So we're pleasantly surprised with this little speaker!

I have to admit and really surprised that there was remote and only optical hook up. Setting up was really easy and once configured this has to be the best sound bar I ever purchased. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks
