This scooter, did not fulfill the max speed of 20 as advertised.

didn't work at all, It is better a bike and comfortable than this

Extremely heavy, im almost one hundred percent certain that the lock that holds it in place whej yu fold it couldn’t withstand the weight of the skooter. Otherwise works great but if you have to carry it on or off trains for commuters for example I would pass.

This thing rocks! I’ve only tried one other scooter which was a VEO in downtown St Pete to be fair. This is basically the same thing but better! Lots of features, easy to use, has an app, handles well and rides smooth! I’ve progressed past the intro stage locking in at 9 mph max and now can cruise comfortably at 15+. I spent half the day on it and it had some juice left.

This scooter is great! I’m 5’8” and 145 lbs, and get great range on this thing. The advertised 25 mi range is achievable in Eco Mode. However, at full speed I would expect around ~18 miles on a full charge (which is phenomenal for this price range). Would definitely recommend for short commutes or just cruising around town!

Amazing scooter had it for about a month now, very fast hasnt lost any speed or durability. I get up to max speed easily at 200 pounds when fully charged and gives about a 10 mile battery range which is more than whats needed for a day on a large campus.

It's pretty good on the range and the charge. I just wish it added better lock mechanism like brakes when it's locked or w.e. the price is too good. There's no suspension but you get what you paid for.

I bought my husband this scooter so it can take him from point A to B. He really loves it!! It was so easy to build, very fast for 18mph and the battery life is amazing is say my husband charges it every 4 days!!

This scooter ran great until I had to get it repaired, hence my 3 star rating. I weigh 210 lbs and rode this scooter 4-5 days a week traveling about 9 miles each day. I’ve had this scooter since July 2023. The rating had nothing to do with performance and everything to do with the customer support and parts/repairs. Parts for this model seem to be hard to come by. I have an air leak at the base of the air valve. I would’ve repaired it myself but the rear wheel hub costs two thirds of the value of the scooter itself— that doesn’t seem worth it to me. Not to mention, most places I found selling it were out of stock. Also, customer support is severely lacking—email only. I even tried purchasing the rear wheel hub directly from the store but they said I have to send it in— who knows how long that’ll take. Now I’m going to retire this scooter since I can’t fix it myself.

Works excellent, handles bumps and rain like a champ and gets up to max speed even with my backpack on.

Great scooter! Especially at this price point. Everything works great and is even better than I thought it would be. Very sturdy design and very durable. Quick and zippy even on a slight incline. Brakes aren’t as powerful as I thought they would be. But you learn quickly when to apply the brakes depending on the distance from your stopping point.

I love this scooter!! it has become my favorite thing i have ever bought through my life!! it takes me to many places bringing new adventures each day! me and my friend both can get on it and it stays at the same amount of speed with what ever weight. I also love the app so much it gives me so much options on what i want to change for my scooter!

Such a great investment! If you live close by either at work or a shopping or just a quick trip down the road this scooter is perfect! I charged it once to twice a week depending on where I am going! But I have saved so much money on parking and gas! I already made my money back from buying this item!

Very satisfied was my purchase. I brought this for commuting to work. It has nice speed, good brakes and i bright headlight. It even has cruise control. And i like that i can fold it to carry it when needed.

I’ve spend 4 days researching scooters and reading reviews. Ultimately I decided not this one and I am satisfied. I moved to Chicago and traded my car for the commuter life and this scooter get me between bus stop and the “L” trains transfers quicker. I also use it to go to the stores within a few mile radios of my home rather than waiting for the bus. This is a sturdy and so far a reliable scooter. I’m definitely happy with its performance.

Very convenient to use, easy to install and very user friendly scotter.

I love it. It arrived early, it was simple to set up; it is a little heavy though.
