Specially I kept having issues with the buds falling out of my ear every time I tried to workout or go for a run. I know I cant be the onky one having this problem. I tried everything, switching out the inserts I even bought other inserts too. Nothing really helped keeping the buds in place. I will say this if you manage to keep the buds from falling out they work awesome. The big plus are all the features these little buds come with. I would recommend these only if you can keep them from falling out of your ear if not look else where.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. You may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. You'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Take a look at, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" when you have some free time for more great information pertaining to getting that perfect fit. I have the buds pro and they have been great also but I love the fit of the buds 2 pro better because they are smaller and the mat finish is less noticable. Got them on sale $180

Only issue i have with them is that the location tracking only works if the buds are connected. Meaning if the buds are in the case you cant find them. Great otherwise

The sound quality is better than my on ear beats to be honest! Also able to listen to audio books without that weird breathing echo other earbuds give.

The battery on the earbuds last me for an entire 8hrs on non-stop Zoom meetings. The last pair of earbuds I had were the Galaxy earbuds Pro+ and the battery lasted longer than the Galaxy earbuds 2 Pro, however, the quality of sound on the Galaxy earbuds 2 Pro is sooooo much more neat when on calls. When listening to music the noise canceling feature takes the win! I love these earbuds can't wait for new releases.

Full sound, taps on earbuds work and with an s22 they work great. Comfortable to wear. I also have galaxy buds 2. They are very comfortable to wear but lack the fuller punch of the buds 2 pro. I live in a quiet neighborhood and can not comment on ANC. They are almost always charged so can not comment on battery life. According to calls i've made, the buds 2 were not as good on clarity as on the buds2 pro. Samsung WEAR app is very good and gives you many options. My only complaint...in their app is a test to measure how well the earbuds fit in your ears. I can never get it to say good fit with any of the different sizes on. It feels like a good fit to me so i go with that. So far, so good for me.
