The noise cancelling qualities are great too. You can leave them in your ears without sound if you just want to insulate from noisy surroundings.

I am able to connect in my dell laptop too and use to talk on the treams and zoom calls too. So I can use this in my phone and in the laptop too.

It happens randomly and I have no clue if there is something that causes it.

Good Quality Product. Couldn't Fit my Ear Securely

My challenge was that I couldnt get the buds to fit in my ear securely... I tried each size of the foam pads and none seemed secure... I bought them for several upcoming intercontinental airline flights. I dropped one of them and almost lost it on my first flight. In fact, they fell out of my ears several times and I stopped using them for fear of losing one or both....
