These are hands down just a better options. They fit perfectly, the sound suppression and vocal pick up is simply great. Couldn't ask for a better product.

I use them for gaming and as ear plugs at work. It gets VERY loud at work and they do their job blocking out noise. The voice detection feature it great i dont have to take them out to have a conversation with someone.

The sound quality is so much better than the buds+ I have. They also fit in my ears better, which is amazing because i have such a hard time finding buds that will stay in my smaller than normal ear canal. I highly recommend these.

I personally love Samsung brand and always like to try their new products out all the time. These really caught my eye and I like these better than the other ones that came out.

These are 1000 percent better, comfy, great sound , don't fall out, never need adjustments, half the time i dont even remember they're in my ears, the best buds ive ever had!

Bought them to use with my TV and, when they work, they're pretty good. But the seamless switching between devices is a joke and, on several occasions, I've put them in only to find that I had no usable volume. Some time later, they usually start working okay for no apparent reason. Can't get them to connect to their dedicated app, and Google gave me a laundry list of things I need to try to get them to work. That's too much work to have to do every few weeks, so I guess I'll just have to cut my losses and buy a different brand to replace them.

We appreciate your candor as we strive to make improvements on the functionality and performance of our product line. Samsung offers a 12-month warranty on your product for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Galaxy Buds have a quick Bluetooth connection switching feature that allows you to easily connect additional Samsung devices. While using this feature, you can easily switch your Bluetooth connection between multiple devices that have signed into the same Samsung account because the pairing information of the earbuds will be synced to other devices that are using the same Samsung account. No need to pair each device individually. If the earbuds do not connect to your device, the connection pop-up window does not appear, or your device can't find the earbuds, tap and hold both of the touchpads of the earbuds' while wearing them to enter manual Bluetooth pairing mode. Once you have entered the Bluetooth pairing mode, you will hear a sound. Please take note that you will not be able to use this method if you are playing music and you have set the volume adjustment as a preset tap-and-hold feature. If you have multiple Bluetooth audio devices connected to your mobile device, you can use the Media or Devices panel on Android 10 or higher phones to switch connections between the different devices. Been a year in use and still like them above the many I have used in the past.

The only downfall would be that the case has to be open in order to "find my buds" but thats on the software, not really the item. Theyre super comfortable to wear and i even fall asleep with them in because theyre so light and comfy i forget theyre in my ears!
