The only thing that irritates me is that they do fall out when I bend over or move too much. I've tried using the different size pieces and none of them keep them from falling out with activity.

Pro: -This one has better volume level/sounds quality (except the bass sucks). Cons: -The fit is worse and doesnt come with adjustable rubber peices. -The case stopped charging before the warrenty but i was told it wasn't covered, so now im back to using the old ones (unless i use my husbands working case to charge my buds). -OH and the battery capacity is bad too. They last me about 1 work day before i have to charge again. The last generation was about 3 days. Hoping the 3rd gen is better!

With regards to the bass you mention not being as balanced as you would prefer you can adjust the audio profile in the settings of the Samsung Wearables App. Under Equalizer you can choose the audio profile that best aligns to your preferences. Some of the issues I noted was The noise cancellation doesnot work to full extent. The music is heard outside when I increase the volume to 70-100%. the person beside me can clearly hear and it defeats the purpose of privacy. The buds are not fitting in properly and are slipping out. Not both ears but just one ear, so there seems to be inconsistency. The version 1 earbuds was able to fit perfectly without issues and now every person has different fit but every ones fit is different

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds2 Pro include Active noise canceling. When this feature is turned on, it will block out noise in the nearby area, so you can be fully immersed in your music. If you ever need to be aware of your surroundings, simply turn off Active noise canceling. Maybe you’re trying to listen to music and focus on some work, but there is a lot of background noise distracting you. If you enable Active noise canceling on your earbuds, less noise will get through and you’ll be able to concentrate. To enable Active noise canceling on the Buds themselves, simply touch and hold one of the earbuds while you're wearing both of them. You will hear a beep, indicating that Active noise canceling has been turned on. To turn it off, touch and hold one of the earbuds again. You’ll hear a different sound when Active noise canceling is disabled. Taje a look at, "Use Active noise canceling on your Samsung earbuds" and "Use Ambient sound on your Samsung earbuds" when you have some free time available to learn how you can utilize these features. If you find the fit for your Galaxy Buds2 Pro isn't perfect, you can easily switch out the earbud tips to ensure a snug, comfortable fit that enhances sound and call quality. They work like you always hope earbuds should work your phone. They sound way better than the last version, so glad I threw my old ones in the washing machine and had an excuse to get these!!

If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. These are worth the money. The clarity when your talking to someone. They say they cannot tell that i am using ear buds like the previous ones. These also let you adjust the levels to some presets. I wish this setting would allow a custom setting but at least it can be adjusted. BTW I bought mine before Thanksgiving week because they were on sale, They went on sale for even more during black Friday and Cyber Monday and then they kept a sale after that and I simply went in and notified Best Buy and they gave me the money back on what I didn't save during the sale.

I bought purple ones, and they are my favorites.

My 14 yo daughter HADto have a pair after i bought thesefor myself as i could never find wired earbuds when i wanted them. The sounnd is great, easy to pair with my phone and simple to use.

They fell out of my vehicle on the side of the road, spent a rainy night there and still work over a year after that incident without issue.
