For the cost they should have come with the different size rubber earpieces. I tried using the left-over ones from my previous set of Galaxy Pro ear buds, but they didn't make a difference. These have a little different shape and think that's what is causing the fit issue. Try them before you make the investment.

This device does come with additional tips for the device in the original packaging. This would be in a small cardboard box in the package in the same area as the charging cable. We also have an article available online titled "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" to help ensure the optimal placement of the buds. They keep sliding out and "collapsing" as i try to push them into my ear.

Also had good noise cancellation. Now, was it worth $200 to upgrade from my buds+? Definitely not lol.
