She absolutely loves the ease of use and connectivity to her other samsung devices. I have a pair as well and find that the anc is good, as is the ambient mode. There is a slight delay in picking up some ambient sounds wich can be a bit disorienting at times.

Great Product, Flimsy Eartips

One ripped along the seam after about 3 months of use and you cannot buy replacements from Samsung. The aftermarket tips I purchased work fine, but really diminished the noise canceling quality.

Noise canceling its meehhh

As someone who rides the train often the active noise cancellation really helps since people are usually so noisy; forget getting a ebike; this was a good bank for my buck
