My apple watch will not stay attached to the charger. I attempted to return the unit after my return period expired apparently. I have always been a Best Buy Elite member with a longer return period than normal. Even though the product doesn't work, Best Buy wouldn't return it or provide an in store credit. I have spent many thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years and you have lost a customer over this experience.

Real frustrating if you want to buy 2 chargers and save a buck.
