    It's honestly an amazing product, however, you need to remember to clean the grease off the top of the lid every time, because it will be hard to remove.

    As another reviewer mentioned, be careful with the accessories on this purchase. I received a metal "mesh" air fryer / crisper basket, which isn't the basket shown in the photos on Best Buy's website, or the manufacturer's website. The mesh crisper basket I received isn't even shown as an accessory for purchase on the Ninja website. There does not seem to be any reason why this should come with the wrong accessories. Best Buy refused to make this right, and actually disconnected my session and stopped responding to me. I am now left with driving 45 min to the store to make a return, and finding another store that hopefully has one in stock. I'm a longtime Best Buy customer, and a Best Buy Plus member, and this has been a terrible experience.
