I made a purchase with my Best Buy card, planning to pick up the product in the store. After almost an hour of waiting due to your technical problems, I gave up waiting. Terrible experience. I will cancel my card.

Bad timing

That’s only because it’s just extra and unnecessary for my kitchen. Not a bad item. I also paid regular price for it and a month later Best Buy dropped it $100. It’s definitely not worth what I paid for it. I would not recommend at the price I bought it for.

This is not the woodfire xl size

Not what I expected

Because the element was in the center the ends did not cook as well.

Disappointed with Best Buy

I couldn’t get it right back to Best Buy so I had to go through the ninja corporate to get a new one.
