Love the coffee machine and how it has the option to brew regular coffee as well as speciality coffees. It’s been a while since I’ve had this one and I haven’t raved a single problem so far. What a bang for the buck !! Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a coffee machine that’s affordable and still can brew speciality coffees using the pods..

I love the fact that i can make a pot of just a cup. Could also make my own mix of ground coffee or espresso which is awesome love my ninja.

Purchased this primarily for my wife and she absolutely loves it! It's very easy to use with little effort at all. We have been using the expresso side more often, but it works great all the way around.

I purchased this coffee maker 18 months ago and have really loved it. Simple to use, and the versatility of the pods and drip brew meets all of my needs. That said, the machine began malfunctioning in month 17, beeping constantly and turning itself on at all hours of the day and night. It'll still brew coffee, but I have to unplug it after each use or the electronics go haywire. This eliminates a lot of the functionality, like the timed start and the warming tray. No change to use, it just went from working one day to not working the next. Customer service was very friendly, but said that because it's out of warranty, I'd need to buy a new one, and offered me a 30% discount. I loved this machine for the first year and a half, but the sudden malfunction and short lifespan make it hard to justify replacing it... even with a discount.

I bought this back in October 2023. I loved the product as it would make a pretty good espresso pod. However, right after the year warranty expired - I started having problems. It would use the pod I'd input and wouldn't get any coffee out of it and ruin the pod. I've troubleshooted it and was told something might have cracked due to water leaking from the machine. I've cleaned it thoroughly. There's literally nothing else I could do to fix anything from my end. Solution? Post warranty - they could offer me 30% off. The machine was under $200 when I bought it in 2023 and now it's $279. Crazy. Please note, I used this 1-3 times a day for a year and a half before issues happened. I won't be buying any Ninja products after spending the last hour wasting my time with product support. If I would have known I'd spend that much on a machine for a year and a half, I wouldn't have purchased this. Now I'm without a working machine. Ninja espresso machine, has been a great product. I’ve saved tons in coffee purchases, and I make them just the way I like em in seconds.

The espresso is better than I thought it would be. The 16 bars of pressure really makes a difference!

Great Tasting Coffee! Great tasting espresso. My only complaint is that the capsules are very hard to find in stores. But it’s so much faster/easier than using a traditional espresso maker.

I wouldn't buy this again. I purchased on July 8, 2023 and now the nespresso pods aren't being punched. I researched and found that when that happens the only thing to do is replace the machine. What a waste of $200+ dollars. When I think of what else I spent converting from Kpods to Nespresso, NOT WORTH IT.
