I bought my about 1 ¹/² years ago and now it has been leaking too much water after using the pods and latetly it doesn't work at a .35 to .60 cent per pod you endup wasting pods because it sometimes it doesn't rum the pod so end up been wasted good thing I have BestBuy protection plan so we shall see

I bought my coffee maker several months ago. I always wanted to be make my own cappuccino and i totally love it. Work days I make regular coffee and weekends, I treat myself to a couple of cappuccinos eith cinnamon on top.

Awesome coffee maker that we purchased through BestBuy. Can make a single coffee or a large pot, hot or cold, really does everything that we ask!

10/10 highly recomment. I can make anything i want with this coffee maker, however the only think im not inpressed with is that the frother only froths cold. There isnt a hot frothing option for this.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt the need to put this one out there. First off, not a Best Buy issue. I have shopped them for decades and never had a problem with the store! I have other Ninja products that I use and love! I had very high expectations when I made this purchase and felt some of the reviews were just one off pieces of equipment that got bypassed on quality control. They clearly were not. The biggest and most annoying issue ~when you use the coffee carafe/cup side, it leaks terribly after it is “done”. If you wanted to avoid the dripping/leaking, you would need to leave your cup or the put under the basket for about 5 minutes. The second issue~ when you close the filter off to pour a cup of coffee, it does not work. This is supposed to mimic a pause and serve feature, but it does not work all the time. The coffee is not very hot. The frother works great and the Nespresso pods work amazing! No issues with that side of the machine at all. I had boxed up the machine right away and intended to return it, but missed my window of opportunity so I took it out again and gave it another try. Same issues. Boxed it up again~ in case of an emergency :). Hope this helps!

Terrific buy, love my Ninja. Makes the best coffee on classic or strong, especially like cold brew for espresso.

My wife kept asking for this Ninja Barista System, I finally surprised her with it and she loves it so much, every time we have company she loves offering a huge variety of drinks and everyone loves them!!

Coffee brewer worked fine. The main issue was the inability to find Nespresso Capsules. They were available thru the internet. I returned this Ninja and replace with the same type of Ninja that will take K-cups instead.

There are much better choices out there if you like espresso. It is a great coffee maker, but terribly inconvenient for espresso since you can only use the pods and there is absolutely no useable refillable pods that work. The box is very misleading also because it seems like espresso could be made without having to use pods since it just says “compatible” with…

Works exactly how I wanted it to, brews fast, easy to use, easy to keep clean. Good machine. Ninja products always have done well for me

I love starbucks but for fraction of the price this is a great investment! Only wish the frother would heat milk too because it doesnt. Had to get a standalone milk steamer. But otherwise great product!

Got this as an upgrade from a roughly 5 year old Ninja coffee pot. This thing is amazing! Was able to get rid of my seperate Nespresso Machine as well!

So glad I decided to upgrade! Got this to upgrade a 5-year-old Ninja. It's loud when making to espresso, but the taste and quality is on point.

So far we are nothing but happy! The ease of this machine and the quality is great! The larger carafe os my favorite part. But it definitely makes a very satisfying espresso!

I love this machine! I mostly use it for iced lattes but it’s great that you can make brewed coffee as well.
