This machine lives up to its reputation. Ninja has always put out great cooking appliances and this one definitely is amazing.

Good upgrade from the older model

Product leaks after a year of use

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product around 16 months ago for the flexibility of using both the standard coffee pot / drip coffee experience and the espresso pods. Shortly after the one year warranty expired, water started leaking from the body of the coffee maker when coffee was created. At first I thought this came from the pod itself spraying off-center from the nozzle, but instead it looks like the machine itself cannot withstand the pressure / heat generated. SharkNinja verbalized that this is a known problem, both on the left basket side where drip coffee is produced and on the espresso pod side on the right, but would not replace the machine as their warranty only lasts one year. For the amount of money this costs and as poor a warranty as is offered, I will be purchasing from a different brand going forward. I really like their blenders, but their coffee machines do not meet quality standards.

Broke 2 Weeks After Warranty Expiration
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is almost comical that, just 2 weeks after my 2 year warranty coverage expired, it is now failing to produce espresso. When attempting to produce any amount of espresso, the machine fails and displays the "add water" notification. I have cleaned and maintained it, per the instructions, but after several rounds of vinegar and descaling cycles it still refuses to work; our water is not hard to begin with and I've always used filtered water for it. Absolutely ludicrous and infuriating.

Useless ninja coffee machine

Coffee is warm instead of hot. Pulled out 6 year old cheap coffee maker and it’s still working fine. More expensive doesn’t always mean that it’s better.

A drop in temperature can sometimes be caused by mineral buildup inside the machine. Running a descaling cycle with a vinegar-water solution or a descaling solution may help restore the heating performance. Completely disappointment

When making coffee in the jar the coffee is not hot enough, besides it’s supposed to keep the coffee hot, but as it never gets hot, it’s just warm, but only for about 10 minutes, then it cools down. It was a waste of money.
