    Overall good product. My wife and I do not like that it doesn't get our coffee hot enough. You have to serve the coffee in a thermo right away because if you don't it will cool down significantly (talking about within 5 minutes). At this price point, it shouldn't be an issue. I think you could find similar products at a lower price.

    It looks great in my kitchen and works great. However i took a star off because i paid $200 for it and wouldve expected it to atleast come with a re-useable filter. I had to buy it separately. Once your coffee is cold in the pitcher, you cant warm it up again with the heat plate either. I just poor it into a mug at that point and microwave it lol

    So so so happy with this purchase. Long search, came across this…felt too good to be true..nothing else came close. Aside from making great coffee, it’s all about the design checking basically every box on my list: easy to hold+attach removable water reservoir, warming plate, sleek and sexy, brews different amounts of coffee, loads of brew types and functions, large capsule bin, clock with auto start timer, adjustable cup height (fits my tall yeti) and maybe the most amazing thing of all…nespresso pod integration. I can still have espresso in the morning without needing to choose between two machines being out and switching to coffee so I’m not breaking the bank with too many pods a day. Complete game changer… Lots of thought and care went into every detail of the design. Felt like it was made with me in mind. Hats off to the product folks and engineers. I would give this 10 stars if i could. Haven’t been this happy with a purchase in a long time.
