    It works great. I'm only not giving it 5 stars because it took a while for us to figure out how to do the Spectrum functions. For example, how to bring up the screen to find, "on demand". It has been great, though, because we used to get Spectrum via the Xbox and when the old Xbox died, we could no longer use the tv. Now, my son can watch his football games in the family room and I can watch MSNBC in the living room.

    Bought this one to replace the original Roku that no longer support some modern streaming services. This model loads the apps very fast. The wireless adapter seems to be less sensitive to low signal to the router.

    I returned my Roku-Express for streaming media, because I found that my Fire Stick would do everything I need. I needed a new cord for my Samsung TV, and the sales person was very helpful. There was not a long line in Customer Service, and I was able to take care of everything quickly.
