Needed to set up an older tv during quarantine. This was the perfect answer! Allows me to connect to my xfinity account through my WiFi.

Had to return the first one but they had a replacement delivered with express shipping. Haven't had any problems since. Sometimes the adhesive tape unsticks from the tv not often.

I probably should have done more homework before buying this Roku unit. I purchased it to upgrade an older HDTV. I don't even know if the unit will power up since it DOES NOT COME WITH AN AC POWER CORD! It only comes with a USB power cable. My older HDTV is not equipped with a USB power outlet and neither does any other component in the system I want to use this with. This Roku is not 4K and can only be used with a standard HDTV. As most TVs are 4K these days, that means that this unit will be install primarily on older HDTVs. A product design that assumes the availability of a USB power outlet on TVs that didn't have that feature yet is a fatal flaw. This means that you have to buy an AC adapter if you want to use this unit. Best Buy does not sell this adapter and the Roku website is sold out. This is my first experience with Roku and it is a complete fail on their part. This is the first time I've ever bought a product that wasn't ready to use right out of the box. Forcing people to have to go back and buy an accessory item just to plug the product into an AC outlet is an unforgivable omission and hassle. My first impression of Roku is that they are a rinky-dink outfit too chinsey to supply what you need for their product to work!

Works pretty well, sometimes a little bit slow, otherwise does great.

Bought this for my mother-in-law. She could not complete the set up on her own, a bit complicated with the different accounts (assuming you want Hulu or something). But after a tedious start, she is able to navigate and watch her shows.

This Roku is better than I had originally imagined. Its much better & faster with streaming apps then the apps on my television.
