    Aside from FAQS, neither Best Buy nor Roku provide any support for this piece of equipment. What's the point of selling inexpensive equipment without providing any support or allowing free returns? When we finish streaming, we change the Input back to cable, but hitting any button on the cable remote shoots us back into streaming. The only way to stop this is to disconnect the Roku. Unless we want to try buying another one, we have no options, because there's no support.
