Didn't like this product. Kept getting error message while trying to stream. Looked at the blogs and this error appears to be a normal thing for this product. Followed directions regarding restarting and unplugging with no resolution. Returned item for similar, popular streaming device.

Great product and good quality looks slick design lovely

Went there to buy a Roku stick for the tv, get home and set it up and notice the batteries it came with was for an rc car and then finally plug it in to log into my account to see someone else is logged into all the streaming services. This store ILLEGALLY sold me a used item WITHOUT disclosing it to me that it was used and returned and they put it on the shelf. Called the store just to be forwarded to corporate and they tell me to just waste more gas and bring it back and they’ll replace it free of charge like I broke it or something.

performance is not impressive there are more robust options

We were really disappointed with this Roku. Setting it up was more complicated then it should have been, once setup Disney+ would buffer so much it was difficult to watch anything. We’d have to login to our Hulu account every time we’d want to watch it. There also isn’t a way to just power off the roku, the only way is to set a timer and the least amount of time is 30 min. After a few days we returned it and bought an Apple TV. The Best Buy employee told us this particular model gets returned a lot.

Previous I contacted with the Spectrum, I tried to connect this but it is not working in my TV.

I guess it worked? I was disappointed that Roku wanted a CC to work. I have internet/services. I was trying to "Bluetooth" an older TV to my network. I learned this was not the technology I wanted. It is in the landfill now.......

Great product, love that it comes with everything needed, from batteries to an hdmi.

I love this Roku streaming device. And Best Buy had it 1/2 price before Christmas!

I bought this brand new at a Best Buy store. After a couple trys I was able to connect it to my wifi. Then I got a message saying the Roku needed to be updated. I could not get it to update. I think Roku stopped updating this product. I took it back to the store. I decided to try an Amazon Fire Stick and was going to purchase it at the Best Buy store but Best Buy would not Price Match the price I found on Amazon. So I bought it from Amazon. ONE STAR goes to both Roku and Best Buy.

I bought two to trade out a few cable boxes and they worked fine for almost 2 weeks and then all of a sudden they stopped connecting to the internet. I was on the phone with my internet provider for a day and a half and there was no problem on their end, as the Rokus were the only devices not connecting. Tablets computers, smart TV's and another streaming stick (3-year-old Amazon Firestick) were still able to connect to the internet. When I tried to return it, I had barely missed the 15 days return policy, which means I'm stuck with 2 Rokus that do not work. I tried the troubleshoot recommendations but they did not have any resolve and the help center is closed for COVID.

junk if u ask me. i set it up and worked fine, but as soon as the tv got turned off and turn back on for later use the audio didn't work properly. had the rest every device every time. I returned it thinking i got a bad device and the 2nd did the same. i turned it back in for the 4k model worked perfect ever since.

Roku is the way to go on my LG tv's. Their browser leaves a lot to be desired.

Pefect little travel buddy when i just want to sit in my hotel room and watch tv

I purchased this Roku at a discounted price. The device is good however, it can be better. This Roku does not have a power button. I prefer previous versions.

I didn't like it at all. It's pretty easy to set up, but the interface is just deplorable (It's not user-friendly at all.). I like the set up on Apple TV way better (I know it's way more expensive though.).

Average at best found out it's not the best one Roku has made should have bought the 4k one for ten dollars more

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. AFTER ONE WEEK THE REMOTE STOPPED WORKING AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO FACTORY RESET NO MATTER HOW MUCH I TRIED

Very good product very easy to install on the tv for me I am older person.
