You'll want to ensure that the wireless connection you are connected to is a 2.4 GHz wireless network. You'll also want to be sure that it is within range of the device and you could try restarting your Roku device and router.

Not worth it!!

Posted .Hi there, we're here to help! If you haven't already, try a full system reset. Be sure that you unplug everything, from the HDMI connector to the power cord, before reconnecting and restarting your Roku player.
You'll also want to try a different HDMI input on your TV, AVR, or soundbar since not all HDMI ports are created equally. It may help to use a different HDMI cable (less than 6 feet if available), just to make sure the cable you are currently using does not have any defects.

The weekly total was far more than the cable price, thus did not open the box and install Roku. I returned it.

Don’t buy this.

I’ve never watch it because it takes about half an hour to find what I want to watch and then try to log in. By then, I’m discouraged and quit trying. Ugh! What a waste of time and money.

It Melted

When I picked it up it was really hot and melted. When I tried to return it it was out of warranty even though I bought it 2 months ago. It almost started a fire in my house and I got no return and so I would say it is crap.
