Product Arrived Damaged

I’m not sure if it was sent from Best Buy damaged or if it was damaged during transit. There is a huge dent in the side of the ninja foodi. I did not notice it until after I used it for the first time. I’m extremely upset because the product was not cheap and I did not ask for it to be sent and/or arrive damaged. I haven’t returned it because I have already used the product, and figured they wouldn’t take it back. But if I could return it, I would!

I tried to bake a ham on a low temperature and it got way too hot. I also tried to slow cook a roast on low and it barely got warm. Had to finish it in the oven. I’m returning it. I love Ninja products but this one is disappointing

Very Versatile Product

The sear and sauté feature works amazing and essentially allows you to skip a step in the cooking process. We have used this a ton on numerous recipes. I highly recommend this product.
