    Got mine on sale and also using reward points, so OK so far. A little louder than I hoped, but not terrible. But the vents that direct the air up or down just drop pointing down . The lever to adjust them has no tension and the vents do not stay where you set them and just fall down. So the only option for the direction of the air flow is pointing down!! Would only recommend if buyer first checks to make sure vents stay as placed!!
