So far this wee camera is pretty cool. I need to figure out how to download videos without losing image quality but it’s fairly simple to use and I’m having fun using it.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE SUBSCRIPTION - Useless and Horrible Customer Service I purchased the Quik subscription with my GoPro 11. I canceled the auto-reorder subscription immediately after it appeared on my credit card, within 48 hours of posting. I called Go-Pro in hopes of 48 hours of leniency, after all, I did purchase the largest, most expensive package, in addition to multiple accessories. After a quick search on the internet, I have learned their canned playbook. Be diligent and cancel ASAP The customer service rep will let you feel he/she will do everything she can to get you a refund and that they will need to email you back. This is to get you off the phone. It's not like they are going to walk down the hallway and talk to a supervisor. Instead, in an automated way, 5 days later, they'll send a canned corporate template email, that they tried and did everything they could but they had to keep to and refer you to the terms and conditions you checked1 year ago. Yes, the billion-dollar company, which incurred no additional expense for supporting my cloud subscription for 48 hours...... needed to keep my $50. As to the camera, it’s video capture is almost as good as my iPhone, but the UX is horrible, the operating system is very slow. If you are looking for frictionless experience, shoot, upload and share, this is anything but that. I’d buy the ProExtreme (it’s not a GoPro, it’s better)

This is truly a waste of money. Some of the china knockoffs from Amazon provide much better picture quality and battery life. If you buy this camera you are truly a sucker. I used this for scuba diving and the under water resolution and batter life was garbage.
