Love them until the sound constantly went out, which required a restart of the console and headphones. Not worth the money.

I have liked various Logitech and Astro gaming headsets in the past so I figured I'll try this one out. I've tried using this on PC and Nintendo switch but it will also work with Xbox Series platform , Playstation 5, mobile devices like iPhone and Android along with mac's as well. Inside the box you get the headset in a hard case and a USB type C to type A cable, a 2.5mm to 3.5mm headphone jack and the detachable boom mic. On the headset you get a few buttons to turn it on and off, and to connect to Bluetooth as well. On the headset you have 3 ports. There for the boom mic, USB type C to charge and the 2.5mm port for the headphone jack cable. Also the side plates can be removed and customized I assume on Astro website I believe . You can also use a USB type A dongle that's included to use on a PC if it doesn't have Bluetooth. They also sell a USB type C dongle on their website for $34.99. As far as sound goes it's loud and great to use if you don't want to have speakers blasting sound late at night or need to hear for like footsteps in a shooter. I knocked it down a star because if you have bigger heads it might be uncomfortable for you .

The Astro A30 is probably the best gaming headset on the market and works across multiple platforms.i own a high end pc,Xbox series x and juat bought a ps5 and needed a headset for the ps5 after trying many like The pulse 3d,rig pro 700s,and many more none that i tried on ps5 was very loud i acutely thought something was wrong with the ps5 i purchased then this headset dropped so i decided to give it a try man glad i did the sound is great better than most headsets above this and gets loud on ps5 not to mention you can have 3 audio sources at once also it fits great i highly recommend this headset for ps5 and pc Astro is selling the xbox dongle separately so i plan to pick it up as well

The Astro Gaming A30 Gaming Headset is an excellent headset and I fully recommend it to anyone who is looking to upgrade to a wireless gaming headset. This particular model comes with the USB wireless transmitter that is designed for PC and the Xbox, there is another model available that comes with the transmitter built for the PS5 if that is what you want, if you happen to have both a PS5 and Xbox you can buy the USB transmitter separately according to the packaging so you can hook up to multiple systems. Speaking of connections, the Astro A30 has multiple methods of connecting and multiple connections can be used simultaneously and can be mixed using the multi-function control. The available connections are the USB wireless transmitter, Bluetooth, and a 3.5mm audio port, again you can actually hook up all 3 of these connections at the same time and adjust their levels using the control on the headset. Fit and finish are pretty great in my opinion, it is built out of plastic, but it all seems fairly strong and durable and seems like it will last quite a long time. The detachable boom mic is nice, although I prefer the built in microphone that is in the headset, but if you like to have a mic closer to your mouth that is an option. There is an app available for further customization, I chose not to use the app as I do not like installing one-off apps on my phone for every little thing that comes out nowadays, I would prefer a Windows program that allows me to customize my headset experience, but I can also see the use of the phone app as this headset is also meant to be used with consoles. I really like the included carrying case as it makes it easy to keep the headset and all of the parts in one area without having to worry about losing parts. Overall, I really like the Astro Gaming A30 gaming headset and would recommend it for anyone looking to get a good gaming headset for the computer or consoles, just make sure you get the correct version depending on your console of choice.

I really wanted to like these as ive been an astro fan for a while but these constantly disconnect themselves from my PC for some reason. Ive tried using bluetooth or 2.4 dongle and happens either way. The sound quality is up to par with the price point but the top of the headset that sits against your head can get uncomfortable after a few hours of use. Im giving it 3 stars because the disconnecting is really annoying after a while but ultimately will be returning.

I love the Astro A30 headset. This is one of my favorite gaming headsets from quite a collection I have amassed. I generally play on my Xbox, but I also game on Playstation as well as PC. This headset covers all bases with bluetooth, 3.5mm, and a USB dongle. You can actually connect all 3 simultaneously. Not many headsets support 3 audio sources, but even 2 will do. Generally, I'll have my phone on bluetooth and the Xbox through the USB dongle and it works great. No longer do I have to mute my mic when scrolling social media between multiplayer rounds! On top of all that, the sound quality is top notch. Plus, the options for customization to meet your preferences are incredible as well. The headset does use a phone app where you can modify settings and set up the equalizer to your heart's desire. As far as the microphone itself goes, I have tried it with and without the detachable boom mic and most of my gaming buddies can't tell a difference. I have decided that I prefer with no boom mic and then I don't have to manage it. This headset can also function as a general bluetooth headset for your phone which I have also tested and also works great. Probably the best headset out there for anyone who games on multiple systems and PC.

upgraded to these after my TBs quit connecting after like 3 months… anyways so far these are soooo much better I absolutely love the quality of sound and the mic my friends have said I sound so much clearer &that you can have multiple devices and play them over each other. Its dope sitting in a lobby waiting for people or loading and being able to grab your phone and open tik tok and scroll a bit while your waiting 10/10 so far! Only thing I would change is making the ear muffs cloth. will update if anything changes

My teenage son uses these headphone to game on his Xbox, zero issues so far, says they are super comfortable and really clear.

For the price of these headphones they are a great buy long battery good bass and quality connectivity with the mic, i do wish there was maybe lights in the outside for this price? But the leather gets my head a little sweaty

Not impressed for the price!! Connectivity issues on a weekly basis!! Try to join a chat and the mic doesnt connect. I have to either power on and off a few times or unplug the dongle. The volume will randomly increase. They have powered off in game play a few times and they were fully charged. Tones will randomly go off.

Sound was great, quality was great, only complaint was the boom mic sounded quiet and distorted on Xbox parties

Save yourself time and money. I do not recommend these headsets what so ever, they may look nice and sleek but in reality they’re complete garbage along with Astros customer service. They constantly disconnect, or they won’t even connect at all. You’re spending most of your time trying to troubleshoot them. I have owned this headset for roughly 3 months now and after doing google searches to try and find a fix (because Astro has been useless) I only found hundreds more people with the same issue. You would think with the app and accessibility of being able to update these that Astro would come out with an update to fix this bug. But I’m gathering they’re not concerned with the issue.

Not bad but could be better sometimes acts up and shut offs mic without me knowing

Very very displeased with this product. Disconnects often. When it disconnects it takes a series of unplugging the usb and power cycling the headset over and over again until both the voice and game options are available on your PC.
