I was using a mouse with the roll ball feature and I didn't really want to go back to a mouse like this. But the roller ball seemes to be making my arthritis in my thumb worse. So I switched ... my thumb has less stress and now i'm used to this mouse ... everything is great!

It's an easy to install USB micro receiver which has very good wireless distance. On the small-ish side, but that's what I wanted. Takes 1 AA Battery which lasts at least 3 months. It's not a gaming mouse; doesn't have that kind of resolution. Also, this is a replacement since the previous one of the same model died.
