Posted .Hello, we apologize for your experience. The receiver may have been adjusting to the different audio formats as you changed channels. Networks provide different audio formats, some Dolby Digital, while others are PCM. If the receiver's audio setting is set to auto, it will adjust to maximize sound quality, resulting in a click. I want to point out that this can be avoided by selecting a specific audio format and/or a setting in the cable/sat box. We hope that you will consider giving Denon another try in the future.

Posted .Hello. Sorry to learn of this inconvenience with your gaming console signal. This symptom is most commonly rectified by activating the AVR-S570BT's '8K Enhanced' setting. It is also necessary to make sure you have a good quality Ultra High Speed HDMI cable between the XBox Series X and the AVR-S570BT, and also between the AVR-S570BT and the TV.

All our AVRs require HDMI connectivity to the TV for the detailed settings on a good sized screen. We have an extensive selection of audio only stereo integrated amplifiers for those who do wish to use a TV with their audio system.
Great Value Surround Sound

Only ussue was having to use a separate flat screen to set it up. Luckily I had a small one to use.
