Posted .Hello, and thank you for your purchase. The Denon AVR-S570BT is a 5.2 surround receiver providing decoding for DTS-HD Master, Dolby TrueHD, and other wonderful audio formats. Multiple speaker configurations are available. However, being a 5.2 AV receiver, it cannot be configured for ATMOS. For ATMOS capabilities, please look to the Denon AVR-S770H receiver or above.

Spent a good amount of time trying different 2.1 cables, devices and resetting before giving up and returning.

After a couple of months of use, it stopped producing sound. Denon did send a box and had me send it to a repair center. 90 Days later, I received the unit back. Here we are 1.5 years later and the same issue is occurring where sound is not getting out to the speakers. I have always had great success with Denon products, this one failed me.

I returned it and get another one the same brand and model and this time the video works fine but no sound from the subwoofer so I returned it again and got different brand and everything worked fine.

Product stated Bluetooth capability; I assumed Bluetooth headphones would be included. It would be nice to know when a product was first sold, I would have purchased a newer model with this functionality.

Audio Cuts Out

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this from Best Buy to upgrade to 4k pass through and got it all hooked up after some other supplies arrived. Audio will just drop for 10 - 20 seconds several times per hour. BestBuy only had a 15 day return policy so contacted Denon support. Was told it was most likely an EDID issue and won't go forward with support until I did more testing myself to confirm that. Denon's support page pretty much absolves them of any blame on EDID issues and puts the onus on the video device to fix instead with the added bonus that this model cannot do any firmware updates. First time trying Denon so not sure if other models would have a better experience but I will be going back to Yamaha.
