Bad sound quality - NO BASS

Probably OK if you just listen to talk radio or don't care about music quality. But there's no base. I rarely return anything, but this had to go back. I'll stick with my Bose wireless earbuds.

Sound Level Very Poor ,standard Headphones are bet

Found the Sound level is not loud enough had it at 100 percent and could barley hear it . Connected with TV with no problem for Blue tooth . TV found it with no problem and listed it .
