Posted .Hi there- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear this has been your experience. In this case, we'd suggest a manual reset of the headphones. If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty. To resolve the low volume issue, there is also a phone setting that may help!
-On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. Bought these hoping for upgrade. Honestly can’t tell much difference. Not enough to spend $179.99. I returned them. No issues at all, maybe slightly more comfortable but sound wise- was not impressed.

Can’t use at any speed because the microphone is on the front and picks up all the wind noise. Sound quality is tolerable. Connectivity is unstable. Will disconnect and reconnect at random. Great idea however it need improvement.
