will maybe get in the future to watch a few shows but no rush for the cost and what they offer

I created a new Apple ID to redeem this subscription after not being able to recover my ID from years ago. I downloaded the app on my Xbox Series X and it worked fine for about 4 hours and then Apple locked my Apple ID. I watched 1 show. Apple refuses to reactivate the account or even tell me why account was locked. Only response is they cant do anything and the subscription is gone.

Did not work. Received the link but would not let me access.

Horrible instructions! Unclear on how to set up access. Requires you to access apple TV 7 day free trial. Horrible customers service from best buy for this particular issue. I forwarded to 2 different people then told to call back. WHAT??!!!

I want to personally meet the people who were in the board meeting and agreed to raise the price to be higher than Disney+ and offer absolutely no better quality.

For someone like myself who basically juat watches YouTube, I found apple tv lacking. I couldn’t find really anything that I was interested in to watch. I will give 5 stars for the value because it was free.

The offer only resulted in a 7 day free trial, NOT 4 months. After 30min+ talking to four different best buy folks, Claire told me it isn't a Best buy issue and I needed to call Apple. After 20+ minutes on various transfers within Apple. They said I would need to contact Best Buy.

Needs more shows and movies has the least amount of content compared to other apps

Save your money, this tv isn’t all that. Absolutely not worth the price.

It's hard looking to Apple TV when there is Amazon, Netflix

Apple exclusive content is very limited. It is getting better but not enough to justify the monthly fees.

I didn't use this, though it was part of my package. TV is dangerous and unhealthy.

Don't really care much for apple tv - not as good as others

I can't really evaluate this "item", which is actually a "service" bc I don't have a clue HOW to utilize it. IDK if you have to HAVE an Apple device, Apple svc... nobody ever even explained how I'd even access this "free service" , so thank you for nothing I suppose.
