    Bought this refrigerator two years ago. A wheel has already come off one of the racks in the freezer, making it hard to open and close.. The door icemaker works only intermittently. Would not have expected this many problems this early on. Also as hard to find a parts list for this refrigerator online. When you search the model number, nothing comes up.

    Great French door refrigerator. I had an older model in my previous condo. I love how intuitive the interior is. It definitely was an upgrade from the four door Samsung that the previous homeowners had. The only thing I wish this model had are the temperature and ice setting controls on the outside, but that’s not a dealbreaker.
