The first we had to have to compressor & icemaker replaced. We then had trouble with the freezer. By now it was outside the warrenty. We bought another LG to replace the old one. We did this to keep all the appliences matching. The new LG refrigerator has a problem with the water filter. Have had Best Buy out twice. The first tech. said I needed to buy the filter from Best Buy. Which I did. I request to have one of their techs install it. He came out and could not get the filter installed. He said the refrigerator needed to be replace and he had to call customer service. He went out to the front yard to call customer service. He then got into his truck and drove off. I called Best Buy and they didn't have any idea what was going on. They then told me I had to call LG. At his point I told them they would have to call. Whick they did I'm on hold now for the second time. (got cut off the first time).

The shelves are a little stubborn to move. And wish they could come up with a way the water could be cold out of the front and flow faster

Then the ice melts and gets stuck. Another problem recently a part on the door fell off. No clue where it came off from but now one of the doors dont seal when shut. This wasnt cheap and im super disallointed.
