They have had charging issues for the majority of the time I've had them, and the fit has never been as nice as I hoped. I got them because they looked like old AirPods (I don't like the new ones), but the fit is different. They cannot be used for workouts at all, which is a big drawback for me. The noise canceling is weird too. Currently making a warranty claim on them because each day I have no idea if they actually charged in the case or not. Hoping the next set is more reliable.

Having bad experiences with other brands I dreaded buying another set of earbuds. I will argue that these are the of the best quality accompanied by a mobile app. In fact I am purchasing another set for my wife!

I accidentally put them in the washing machine a week ago and thought that I ruined them. I put another pair in my cart today, but something told me check the sound again. They sound great now. I can't even tell that they were submerged in water.
