They sounded very good though

You’ll find out what I’m talking about. The JBL flip5 speaker connectivity sucks, also. I was under the impression JBL/Harmin audio was high quality-not so, in these cases. Contact me JBL, so I can get my money back.

For reference, i had to use the JBL app and adjust the sound balence about 75% to the right earbud, just to have something close to even sound. I cleaned it, used a good tool to get all the earwax out of it, and it still isn't working. Will be returning soon. Could just be this particular one, but for 75$ I'm not risking it with replacement, I'll just get something else.

Causes Outer Ear Infections

I thought it was a mosquito bite in my ear at first and let it heal up but then wore them again and same thing, blistered and fluid outer ear canal. I washed them and cleaned them good and tried them again for an hour after I was all healed up and took them out. My ears started to itch and get red again. I looked it up and it's not simply an allergy to silicone or something simple, I have zero allergies and no problem with ANY other earbuds, it is only these, as there are other people experiencing the same with JBL wanting them to sign a "standard" waiver to not disclose it before they will give a refund. Like I said, they work and sound great, but I can't use them.
