For low sound level, please try some solutions below:
Adjust the volume of the headset and the connected device.
Connect the Bluetooth device to the headset once again.
Reset the headset.
Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.
* If the sound is still low even after adjusting the volume on the connected device, adjust the volume with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app.
For the bass sound, this usually depends on the source that you're playing and audio device that you are using.You can use the equalizer function of the Sony Headphones Connect app to tailor-fit the sound quality to your needs. Some of these issues can also be fixed by adjusting the equalizer function or the bass sound settings of the connected device.

That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue.
Note: Try lowering the volume or take a break from wearing them for a while.
How long have you been wearing the headphones? The longer you wear headphones, the more your ears may hurt.
Note: You may need to limit your headphone usage.

We were hoping for a simple solution at a reasonable price. So we weren’t expecting anything amazing. However we are consistently having issues where it drops Bluetooth connection during a call which is highly annoying. It happens more often then we would like. The mic on the phones are also below average for sure. Overall we’re not very happy about our purchase and have since purchased new headphones for her.
