Thank you for choosing and purchasing our Sony WH-CH720N Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones. We're happy that you like most of the features of the unit. We also apologize about the issue with your WH-CH720N. If the effect of noise canceling is not sufficient, try to adjust the headset into a comfortable position. Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient. Also, the noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
