Sound is balanced and can be adjusted with the Sony headphones app, noise cancelling is solid, ambient mode is natural, battery lasts forever, the microphone is great and they are feather weight. The ONLY issue is that they don’t come with a case, but one can be picked up easily.

They work very well. I don’t use the phone fixtures on it with my iPhone at all.

We're truly happy that you like the excellent audio and amazing battery life of these headphones. Your feedback regarding the adjustment of the headband is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. Our WH-CH720N has a slider that you can use to adjust the length of the headband to get the best fit and for comfortable listening experience.
Note: If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.
