I am absolutely thrilled with these headphones! The sound quality is phenomenal—clear, rich, and immersive, making both music and podcasts an absolute joy to listen to. I recently purchased the Sony WH-CH720N, and they’ve quickly become my go-to pair for daily use. For the price point, they deliver excellent value without sacrificing the features you’d expect from higher-end models. Key things I like: • Noise Cancelling: The ANC is surprisingly effective. I got these at the beginning of the year - so maybe 8 months ago - after my puppy ate my Beats. The beats were fine but they would make my ears really sweaty from the cushioning and sometimes my curly hair would get trapped in the outside seam and pull out some strands, so I was looking for some different headphones, preferably cheaper ones. I saw these and saw the good reviews - great price point for noise cancelling yada yada. Something i thought was strange though was that it was meant for "Apple and Android devices." I thought: how could head phones only be for these specific OS products? Here is what I don't see anyone talking about when they review these: you have to have this app for the full noise cancelling functionality to work. And for the life of me, it is such a terrible app. UI looks awful, and the worst part is even if your headphones have connected to your bluetooth, if you don't go in and click 'connect' it will kick you out of whatever you're listening to after 10 seconds. This to me is the most frustrating parts of wireless headphones. Getting ready to exercise or do a task, starting your song, and then getting hit with the "unpaired noise" and completing stopping your song or podcast. It's happened so many times and it is sooooo annoying. Sometimes it behaves nice and connects with no problem, and sometimes im staring at the UI waiting for it to connect. I don't think the functionality the app provides is worth having when the app itself is so badly designed. Funny thing is when ive connected them wirelessly to my computer with bluetooth, it connects off the rip. When ive deleted the app off my phone, the headphones wouldnt connect. So yes as headphones they're really not bad. Battery life is amazing on these and the sound quality really isnt bad either but wow the disconnecting thing is insanely frustrating

I got this product because I didn’t want to spend the $400 for the nicer ones. These ones get the job done. They aren’t completely sound proof but quality of them is great I have not been gentle with them. They’ve held up fantastic. The battery life is great. I would even say longer than what they say. Comfort is pretty good.

I did some research before purchasing this headset. The charge life is good at 35 hours and while it may not rank number 1 in all categories it ranks #1 in its light weight and comfort to wear. I fly a lot and you get a mixed bag on audio options depending on aircraft. This headset comes with an audio jack, Bluetooth and USB so it covers everything I’ve seen so far.

I've been using Sony headphones for a few months now, and they’ve exceeded my expectations in nearly every category. Whether you're an audiophile or just someone who wants immersive audio for daily use, these headphones deliver a premium experience. Sound Quality: The audio is crystal-clear with a well-balanced soundstage. Bass is deep but not overpowering, mids are warm, and highs are crisp. Whether I'm listening to classical music, podcasts, or bass-heavy playlists, the headphones adapt beautifully without distortion. Sony’s noise cancellation technology also works wonders—it effectively blocks out ambient noise, making them ideal for commutes or focused work sessions. Battery Life: One of the standout features is the battery life. On a full charge, I get close to 30 hours of continuous playback, and even a quick 10-minute charge gives me several hours of use. This is a game-changer if you’re constantly on the move or just forget to charge regularly. Comfort and Build: They’re lightweight with plush ear cups that stay comfortable during long listening sessions. The build quality feels solid and premium, with intuitive controls and seamless Bluetooth connectivity. The headphones came partially charged so you may want to charge them before your first use. Included in the box are the headphones, USB-A to USB-C cable and a headphone cable. No case or bag is included. All of my testing was done via Bluetooth. I first connected to my computer to listen to music files, Sirius XM and general videos. There is no upconvert here. If the recording wasn’t high quality, the headphones made it sound even worse. Bass became exceptionally scratchy. High quality recordings sounded very good but I still noticed the bass off on a few songs (Flo Rida, My House). High notes were very good. Next was pairing with my iPad. Easy. Also paired with my Alexa (via Alexa app). Easy to pair and sound was very good. Pairing with my phone took a few tries. And this is where the headphones are problematic. The controls are so close together that I hung up on calls. Volume was very good. The noise cancelling was slightly better than the previous model but both myself and the person I was talking to could hear background noise. Headphone fit was excellent for my ears and very comfortable. Battery life was excellent and I didn’t have to charge for about 4 days. My husband even used them in that time frame when he was doing some yard work. These are average headphones. If you use them for casual listening or with a computer, they will probably be fine. If your primary use will be phone calls, there are much better options.

High quality sound as one would expect from Bose. Lightweight and comfortable fit for extended periods of listening. Battery life seems good, as I’ve been using mine for several weeks now on the original charge. I’d highly recommend these headphones if you enjoy high quality sound and excellent noise suppression.

good sound for audiobooks in loud areas, keeps a lot of noise out when you need it, comfortable if a tad warm (to be expected with headphones and PPE of this nature), they don't let go of your head or even come out of place, not too claustrophobic around the neck at rest somehow.

These sound great, are very portable, and the battery lasts a very long time. I bought a pair for both of my teenage kids, and they have held up to the abuse. Would definitely buy again.

Overall I really like these headphones, but their low build quality, lack of a carry case, and functional but otherwise unimpressive ANC make me wish I hadn't paid for the Sony name and that I had instead went with different headphones that do the same things better at a lower price. For most people, I recommend doing just that - find a cheaper alternative. Comfort is 3/5. Earcup pads and headband are super soft, not a lot of clamping pressure but just enough to get a good seal around the ears. The earcups are shallow but otherwise a good size. Due to the shallow earcups, the plastic parts of the driver will sometimes rub my ears through the mesh screen of the earcup, which is very uncomfortable. Sound quality is 3/5 with default out of the box settings, but goes up to 4/5 with good EQ tuning. By default the bass is very muddy. Active noise cancelation gets a 3/5. It works fine, but there is plenty of room for improvement and won't blow your socks off. Same with transparency mode. Build and materials quality comes in at 2/5. Such low weight comes at a cost, and the cost is here. Flimsy, cheap, low-quality plastic construction. These headphones need to be handled gently to avoid breaking them. Features and connectivity gets 4/5. Being able to connect to 2 Bluetooth devices at the same time is cool and can be very helpful. The BT connections have been very reliable for me. Having a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired use is great to have. The app has lots of EQ customization (which is very much necessary) and also gives controls for ANC on/off and customizing how strong transparency mode is. Unfortunately, the earcups don't fold in to make the headphones smaller for travel. Battery life is 5/5. I love how long the battery lasts. I've listened to music and movies for close to 20 hours with a mix of ANC on and off, and the battery is around 50-60%.

I bought these headphones almost two years ago now and waited until now to write a review for them. they are some of the best headphones i have used. the sound quality is incredibly good and they can get very very loud. additionally, the noise cancelling/transparent modes work very well as well (especially in the gym). one thing i want to highlight is the fact that i use these headphones every day for at least 4 hours and i typically only need to charge them once a week, if that. the battery life is amazing. the only thing i really have to "complain" about is that the microphone isnt that good, but if you arent needing to use the microphone that does not really matter.

Good product for the price, especially since I got it on sale. Comfortable and lightweight. The ear pieces completely cover the ears and noise cancelling feature works well, although you can still hear noise when in very crowded places. I wish battery life would last as long as my old Beats Solo 3 but it still lasts many days which is good for long days of studying. Unfortunately, it doesn’t come with a case. Comes with a (very short) charging cable but not a charging cube. Would give it a 4.4 star rating if I could. In terms of connectivity, it can be difficult to find and connect to new devices but once it does find the connection, it stays connected unless told otherwise.

These headphones are lightweight and soft but not cheap. That makes them super comfortable. Audio quality is as expected: good but not "top of the line". I'm quite happy with them and I'll buy another pair soon.
