I did have some trouble with the hard-drive at first, but taking it in to Best Buy, it was sent to HP and fixed within 3 weeks. Would definitely buy again

Amazing laptop minimal upgrades

Ive upgraded it since then with some extra ram and storage (by myself its really easy simple youtube watch will show you how to dismantle without hurting it and install the part 20 minutes) Overall 11/10

Open Box - nice way to save money

It does everything we need as a gaming laptop without breaking the bank. I know it’s not quite a future ready as one with a 4000 series GPU but 3050 should last for a good bit.
