HP is a bad company

It nearly consumed all 8GB with very little running. Otherwise it is OK. However, the way HP has scammed their customers with their printer lines (bricking printers not using their ink) is unacceptable. I've bought their laptops and computer accessories for my family for a decade, but will be buying printers, monitors, and computers elsewhere now.

Worst Store experience

CPU Not As Advertised

That is lest than half the clock speed. This was false advertising. When I spoke with Best Buy, they said I had to drive back to the store I picked it up at (2 hour trip) for any help with replacement. Best Buy made the mistake, Best Buy should fix it.

New HP Victus laptop keeps being turned off

I have bought just one and a half months ago. This type of issue in such new and fresh laptops scare me a lot. May not purchase from them again in future.

Broken Device Received

I have reached out to BestBuy on 2 occasions. Best Buy, please follow through.

Don't shop at Best buy

Not impressed…

After 3 times using it the trackpad no longer functions and certain programs aren’t working correctly. A hard reset fixed it once but not the second time. Maybe Windows 11 just sucks but I’m not impressed with this. Haven’t tried gaming yet.

Never buying again from Best Buy

The lcd display started glitching. Now being charge a lot of money to fix it. 1 year Warranty don’t cover nothing. Wouldn’t recommend Best Buy as a place to buy from
