If you check online, you will see many people reporting this issue.

The best starters pc imo

I have been playing sea of thieves, gta 5 rp and hydroneer. Ive had no problems had to do some tweaks for gtarp but wasn't to hard to figure out with youtube. Love the case, the door pops off easily. When i want it to of course. High to mid graphics depending on the game. Everything has looked better than on my series x

Not a good gaming machine.

They said they repaired it but had to send it back again. I am not a gamer so I did not use it for gaming.
