This is my first coffee maker and I love it. It is very user friendly and offers a great deal of versatlity.

After some frustration with my old keurig i decided to make the switch to ninja. So far im very happy with it! The storage space alone is enough to buy it. The built in frother is a huge bonus. All in all im sooo happy with this little guy.

My Keurig was failing and I really wanted to try a different brand. I came across the Ninja and really liked all the capabilities. You can use ground coffee or froth milk! My coffee is very hot and no longer needs microwaving. I highly recommend this jewel!

I had a Keurig coffee maker for 9 months and it stopped working. I had even purchased a protection plan and was told that model is no longer made. I replaced it with the Ninja coffee maker that does both K-cups and Ground coffee and I LOVE it. No problems whatsoever and even with a protection plan, it was less expensive.

Coffee maker is as advertised. It works efficiently without interruption and produces a hot cup of coffee. Is relatively easy to clean and maintain.

Truely enjoy the coffee machine. The ease of use and cleaning are great design characteristics.

We love big cups of coffee. It does great brewing our grounds or using a K-cup. It has all the size options we were looking for that Keurig no longer has. The skinny size is what we were looking for to use in our RV. The price was great for all the options you get. We love this Ninja!

This machine is working as expected. Size is slim which is great for us given the limited space. We only use it to brew K-Cup regular coffee so far. Overall is a good unit and the price was reasonable. The only drawback we noticed is that it does not recognize if you have enough water in the tank before making a cup of coffee. It will stop in the middle of a brew.

Purchased to replace my Keurig. Heats up instantaneously, makes a great cup of coffee, and the milk frother works well. I havent tried to make with grounds yet but its next on my list. Im trying to get away from using plastics due to the hot liquid/water supposedly transferring microplastics into the coffee.

This coffee maker has honestly everything you need to make a great cup of coffee!

I’ve had 7 different keurig coffee makers and was prepared to buy another until i decided to give this a try and am so glad i did! The machine is quieter and the coffee is much better. I would recommend this machine and have been impressed by this inexpensive but excellent performing Ninja

This is a great coffee maker. If you're a one to two cup coffee drinker like me it's great. You can use grounds or pods. Built in storage for the attachment you don't use. It's great. Plenty of brewing options and of course the built in milk frother. Like I can't stop saying how great this is.

I prefer it over Keurig because it has additional features such as espresso size, 4oz up to a cup, 12 oz. It has a hot or cold feature and a more intense flavor brew future. This Ninja coffee maker is a step above Keurig! I bought the Ninja because the Keurig gave up. Great buy!

The coffee maker is a decent purchase, though it's not without its flaws. One recurring issue you may encounter is the "Add Water" error, which often happens when the machine needs to be declogged. This requires you to use the included declogging tool more frequently than you'd expect, which can be a bit of an inconvenience. Additionally, if you prefer using ground coffee, be prepared for some leakage after brewing and when opening the machine. This occurs because the steam generated during brewing can cause minor spills. To minimize mess and make cleanup easier, I recommend always using a paper filter inside the permanent filter. This makes it much simpler to dispose of the used grounds. On the plus side, if you opt for K-Cups, you won’t run into these issues. The machine handles K-Cups with no problems, providing a hassle-free brewing experience in that case.

Our unit makes a lot of coffee both pods and ice coffee over its lifetime Overall we are pleased with it. The first one failed after about a year but not sure if from over use or human error. But i can say it gets used on average about 8 to 10 times a day
