    I chose this maker over the Keurig Mini and am glad I did. This unit only cost about $20 more and provides more features and flexibility than the Mini.

    This is my second Ninja coffee maker. I am not quite sure why it stopped working. It is a lot different than a Keurig machine with cleaning and descaling, But customer service was responsive, quick and sent us another one within 4 days. Although the box was damaged when it was delivered like someone cut into the box, the coffee maker itself was fine.

    I use a paper filter in the brew basket, and it doesn't fully empty the water before it beeps that it is done. This means it drips for a long time afterwards. Also, the water comes up too high if you have several tablespoons of coffee in the filter. I'm a little disappointed. I might go back to my Cuisinart SS10.

    I used to like my Kureg but it would seem pretty watery and you don't get the satisfying taste. But wow, now this thing! Holy cow, I am in love!! If you ever had an americano from say Starbucks, I can now make my coffee tasting like that, but better! So thank you Ninja!!

    We love our ninja coffee maker, the fact that it has different options of how many fluid ounces of coffee like a specialty option because I love my cold coffee. The father is fantastic. I also love the fact that you can clean the water reservoir that’s important and then the pod adapter great purchase we love it.
