    Loved the concept. Had to return it because the lid broke. Bought new filters for the old one that’s been working for many years. I would recommend trying it if you’re in the market since BB has a great return policy. I just changed my mind.

    I bought this coffee maker for my wife work great for 5 days then it started leaving coffee grounds in her cup my wife does love the milk frother it works well but she is ready to return the coffee maker because she cannot stand to have coffee grounds in her coffee

    I dont think I've ever bought a product faster than when I found this. I wanted something compact for my office and the fact it had the ability to do both K-cups and ground coffee. SOLD.. 8-9 months. I got 8-9 months use before the k-cup adapter "broke"...? No idea how it broke. Nothing looks broke, but the appliance won't recognize that adapter when you put it in. The ground coffee works fine. Fine I get it.. I could just order a new part.. What is it Ninja? $15 dollars for part, taxes, and then $10 shipping and handling... so $25 -$30 to buy a part for a $100ish appliance. I also recommend Ninja/Shark products but I can't on this one.
