    I was very disappointed with this product. The plastic is cheap, very flimsy. So, I read more reviews and found that there was an issue with the pods imploding. I returned. Seems simple to use though

    Sorry to say this coffee maker failed me. It always dripped after making a cup, no matter which setting I selected. And, it stopped working after only 2 months of use. : ( It's cute and compact, but lacks in functionality and reliability.

    I bought this coffee maker because it was compact and perfect for my small kitchen. Unfortunately, I have not been successful making a good cup of coffee. I use the measuring spoon and following the proper amounts and it tastes scorched and bitter like the water temp is too high. When I use less grounds it’s watery with no flavor. I have used two different coffee grounds with no luck. Not a fan.

    Love the concept of single cup that provides the option to use ground coffee, without separately purchasing a filter, than pods. However, I’ve had this coffee maker for few months now and although it brews a good tasting cup of coffee, a lot of water sits in the filter that I never get a full cup. It also continues to drip for several minutes after the beep signaling brew is complete

    I returned this item. It took up way too much counter space for an appliance to make a single cup of coffee. Plus the instructions said to do a 75 minute cleaning cycle every ... uses. Too complicated. I went back to my 5 cup drip Mr. Coffee brand coffee pot and am happy that I did.
