    It makes different sizes of coffee. Coffe dont really come out that hot, The good thing is able to use pods and ground coffee. Also I dont like the dripping after each coffee. Ah takes about 2 to 3 minutes to make a cup of coffee. So if u in a rush, this is not the machine for u. Is just ok to me

    Was so excited to get this machine.. had seversl Keurigs over the years. The idea of this machine is great.. its compact so doesn’t take up a ton of counter space BUT I made my first cup and the coffee and it looked to be steaming but after i put some milk in it it was like drinking luke warm tap water. The coffee tastes bitter. Kinda disappointed. Im going to give it a gew more times. Maybe I am doing something wrong? I dont see any hot water temp adjustments on the machine.

    Bought it in October, dead in January. Called Ninja for warranty service. They said they’re shipping a replacement part, but since I live in Hawaii, they’ll have to charge me $104.00 for international surcharge. International? Hawaii is a US state! No more ninja products for me.

    First one stop working after only 3 months and this 2nd one constantly say I need to add water but tank is full.

    It leaks would not buy another one. wasn’t worth taking it back. I have bought alot from best buy this was not your finer moment overall rating 0

    The unit works flawlessly with K cups, but the loose coffee unit makes a complete mess when you clean it out. Coffee grounds go everywhere and it's very difficult to clean due to it's size. You should not choose this item unless you only use K cups. Even then you'd be better off with a Kerig.
