Super easy to use, makes a perfect single serve with the K-Pods. The ability to use fresh grinds is excellent plus the frother is a bonus. Definitely recommend.

I love this coffee machine. I like the option for k-cup and ground coffee. It’s been great, I’ve had it for about a month. Holds a good amount of water.

It makes great tasting coffee and so really nice options. You can select the size of the cup, have a stronger cup, and it even has a frothier. It uses K cups or ground coffee.

So happy with my purchase, compact with lots of great features. I had a keurig...this is way better! Have nothing bad to say. Works great

I absolutely love my new Ninja Specialty Single-Serve Iced Coffee Maker! What really sold me was its incredible versatility, and it has definitely delivered. The multi-functionality is a game-changer. I love having the option to use K-Cup pods when I'm in a hurry and need a quick cup, but then I can easily switch to fresh coffee grounds on those mornings when I have a bit more time to really enjoy the brewing process. This flexibility is exactly what I was looking for. The "Over Ice" feature is brilliant for iced coffee that actually tastes strong and not watered down, which is a huge win for me.

Got it on sale for $80 and it was a great deal. This coffee maker is smaller but great, and better than every Keurig I've used. Not sure it's worth $130 but $80 is a solid price.

Coffee comes out great but sometimes the pods spill out a little, but I really like the product, especially for the price and the size in my apartment

I bought this for my friend as a house warming gift to replace his cheap motel style coffee maker he had for the longest time that didn't work well. He was super happy with the upgrade and he likes the fact he can use grounds or pods now and he definitely prefers the quality of the coffee and ease of use of this machine over his old one.

This machine is awesome for single-cup brewing. It is really well designed, and has a very straightforward intuitive interface. I love the fact that it remembers all the settings from the last brew. So if you find a combination that works, it's literally a one- button press to brew another cup. The milk foamer works incredibly well and is a breeze to clean. I originally bought it to make k-cup coffee, but I later found that it does such a great job with fresh ground coffee, that I started using it mostly for that. The drip coffee is so much more consistent than a pour-over. With the included measuring spoon and a given setting, I get a consistent, delicious cup of coffee every time. I have to admit though, that I'm drinking a lot more coffee!

Pretty good single serve coffee maker. Does not make too much noise and is convenient for small spaces. I love that it comes with a milk frother built in, but it is hard to clean. I really like Ninja products, great bang for your buck!

Purchased this to replace my Keurig. I have purchased what seems like several Keurig and was hoping to purchase something more reliable. I am so glad I made this purchase. I used my own coffee in the Keurig, but the flavor always seemed like it could be better. The Ninja system for using your own coffee is way better and has a lot better flavor. It also stores in itself the coffee scoop and the piece needed to switch to pods. No hunting these down is a drawer when needed yay! Lots more size options and no need to remove the tray to fill my 20 travel mug. So happy to have made the switch, I won't be going back to a Keurig
